Clean Net Zero

Deep energy retrofits to help municipalities reduce their carbon footprints

Through our Clean Net Zero pilot project, we helped municipalities and homeowners dramatically increase the energy efficiency of homes in the community – and reduce energy bills and carbon footprints.

By pairing deep retrofits to improve a home’s energy efficiency with the installation of small-scale renewable energy generation such as solar photovoltaic, we can make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and more cost-effective to maintain.

The goal is to make a building highly efficient while producing all the energy it consumes – that’s why it’s called “Net Zero.”

Our Clean Net Zero pilot project is now complete, but we created FAQs and videos that offer key information on what Net Zero is, how to make a home Net Zero, and how to create a municipal Net Zero program.
