Energy Advisor Training 

Running from October 11, 2022 to March 31, 2023, Clean’s Energy Advisor Trainee program is seeking candidates from underserved and underrepresented communities to participate in a cohort of learners. Through a uniquely created hands-on training program, trainees will obtain a working knowledge of innovative and sustainable construction and renovation practices.

Graduates from this program will be equipped with all the knowledge, skills, abilities, equipment, and connections required to become registered Energy Advisors through Natural Resources Canada and enter a highly in-demand industry in Nova Scotia.

Trainees will receive…

A salaried position paid at Halifax’s living wage rate.

Safety certifications, first aid training, half mask respirators, etc.

Necessary equipment required to be successful as an energy advisor.

In-class training from Clean’s team of energy advisors as well as industry-leading training professionals.

Hands-on experience conducting home energy assessments.

Fully paid access to Natural Resources Canada’s Energy Advisor exams.

Access to a network of potential employers across Nova Scotia.
