Reports to: Senior Manager – Internal Operations & IT

Salary Range: $45,000- $50,000

Hours: 35 per week (Permanent, Full Time)

Summary of Position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Internal Operations & IT, the IT Technician will work closely with the Lead – IT Projects who will provide strategic guidance on and implementation of IT programming and services delivered by Clean Foundation. They will be responsible for customizing and developing SharePoint components, including but not limited to Forms, Lists, Web Parts, and User Interface Design. The IT Technician possesses strong SharePoint fundamentals including lists, document libraries, permissions, content, types of workflows, and continuously evaluates existing systems, solutions and processes, and provides ideas for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing, customizing and developing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions and the tools and technologies used in the creation of these business solutions.
• Business process automation.
• Document solutions by developing documentation according to established standards, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and code comments.
• Participate in integration and migration of content from various platforms into SharePoint.
• Experience in creating solutions with SharePoint online, but also current and legacy SharePoint on-premises environments, as well as hybrid solutions.
• Provide maintenance within SharePoint and Office 365 applications.
• Continuously evaluates existing systems, solutions and processes, and provides ideas for improvement.
• Integration of SharePoint with third party applications and enterprise information systems.
• Providing great attention to detail, excellence of product, and pride of workmanship.

Education and Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or Business
• Experience in Infowise
• Experience with SharePoint integrations
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently
