The Clean Leadership Summer Internship Program provides paid hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development training for youth aged 15-30 years old. The mentorship component is designed to help interns connect with industry professionals who can help them explore career options and provide insight into the world of work.

Before we can match you with a mentee, we’d like you to answer some questions for us. Please fill out the following questionnaire. All personal details collected from you will be used to best match you with an intern and to support ongoing improvements to the program. Answers to questions in section one will be shared with your mentee. Answers to questions in section two will be used internally by the Clean Leadership team for program administration.
